1What is Kotova X?

Kotova X is our non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service. It allows you to swap between crypto assets quickly and securely — without creating an account or handing over personal information. Simply select your currencies, send your deposit, and receive your exchanged coins.

2What is the difference between fixed and variable rate?

A fixed rate locks in the exchange rate at the time of your order, protecting you from market fluctuations for 20 minutes. A variable rate may shift slightly based on market conditions by the time your transaction confirms on the blockchain, but typically offers a lower service fee.

3Do I need to create an account to use Kotova X?

No. Kotova X is fully non-custodial and requires no registration. You only need a wallet address to receive your exchanged funds. Optionally, you may provide an email to receive order status notifications — but it is never required.

4How long does an exchange take?

Most exchanges complete within 5–30 minutes, depending on blockchain confirmation times. Bitcoin transactions require one network confirmation, while other networks require more confirmations, but are faster overall because their block times are shorter. You can track the real-time status of your order at any time using your unique order link.
